The structure of chromatography test refrigerator mainly includes the following parts:
Refrigeration system: This is the core part of the chromatography refrigerator, which consists of compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve and solenoid valve. The refrigeration system completes a cycle through four processes of compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation to ensure that the temperature in the refrigerator is stable in the required low temperature environment.
Temperature control system: The core of the temperature control system is the temperature sensor, which automatically samples and monitors the ambient temperature. When the temperature is higher than the set value, the control circuit will start to adjust the temperature. The key to the performance of the temperature control system lies in the sensitivity, number and distribution of the sensor, as well as the uniformity and accuracy of the temperature control.
Air duct design: The air duct design directly affects the temperature stability and uniformity in the refrigerator. Reasonable design can ensure the balance of the specific gravity of cold air and hot air, form a uniform air flow, and avoid the influence of short-range circulation and opening the door on the air flow.
Casing, partition, alarm system and display system: These parts together constitute the external structure and auxiliary functions of the refrigerator. The outer shell protects the internal components, the partitions are used to separate different temperature zones, the alarm system provides warnings when the temperature is abnormal, and the display system is used to display the temperature information inside the cabinet in real time.
