1. Integrated Stoppering Function: The Stoppering Silicone Oil In-Situ Freeze Dryer allows vials to be stoppered under vacuum or inert gas (dry), during or after drying, ensuring hermetic sealing without moving samples.

2. Silicone Oil Circulated Heating / Cooling Shelf: Offers rapid shelf temperature control, with temperature uniformity within ±1 ℃. Can heat and refrigerate, accommodating both pre-freeze and drying phases in situ.

3. Air-Cooled / Cold Trap Separation Structure: The drying chamber is separated from the cold trap. This fission structure, along with a specially designed gas circuit, enhances water vapor capture while shortening drying time.

4. Automatic & Programmable Control System: Embedded touch screen, PLC + PID control, stored programs (e.g. up to 40 programs each with 40 temperature segments), data export via USB (U-disk), PC software for curve browsing and printing.

5. High Cold Trap Performance: Cold trap's lowest temperature ≤ -70 °C (no load), providing strong capacity for capturing moisture and preserving sample quality.

6. Versatile Shelf & Tray Configuration: Shelf area \~0.21 m² (for 20F model), with 2+1 trays, 70 mm spacing, shelf dimensions \~400×270 mm; can load \~3 L, and hold large numbers of vials (e.g. Ø12mm, Ø16mm, Ø22mm formats).

7. Defrost, Inert Gas, Observation: Top-press variant includes automatic defrost. Inflatable / charging valve allows filling with dry inert gas. Transparent door lets users observe process in real time.
